PURPOSE:To perform a desired bending work and to improve the degree of freedoms of a design by providing a metal plate exposure part at a part of a metal base laminated board, and electrically connecting the conductive pattern of a resin base printed substrate which is not restricted for a bending angle and secured to the exposure part to a metal foil. CONSTITUTION:A section in which a prepreg cured layer 6 and a copper foil pattern 7 are bonded with a metal plate 5 as a base, and a flat platelike metal base laminated board made of a metal plate exposure part 5b by extending only the plate 5 are bent in a predetermined shape, and a bent section C having a large bending angle is formed at the base end of the exposure part 5b. The resin plate 11 side of a resin base printed substrate 10 prepared in advance is superposed fixedly on the lower surface of the exposure part 5b, a connecting pin 13 inserted into a connecting pin insertion hole 15 is soldered at 14 to a land 7a near the hole 15 and a conductive patter 12 to obtain a metal base circuit substrate. Thus, the large bending angle is set to the bent section C to functionally arrange key switches, but since the layer 6 and the pattern 7 are not formed on the part 5b, it can be bent in a desired shape without anxiety of a crack. |
