PURPOSE:To obtain a black color developing two-component diazo copying material giving a copied image having superior reliability over a long period as well as an image having a pure black tone by combining a specified diazo compd. with three kinds of coupling components. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer contg. a diazo compd. and coupling components as essential components is formed on a support. The diazo compd. is a compd. represented by formula I (where R<1> is 1-5C alkyl, each of R<2> and R<3> is optionally substd. alkyl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl, R<2> and R<3> may form a hetero ring together with N to which they bond, and X is an anion). The coupling components are 2,4-imidalidinedione, a compd. represented by formula II (where Z is O, S, SO or SO2) and a compd. represented by formula III (where R<2> and R<3> are R<2> and R<3> in the formula I and R<4> is H, 1-5C alkyl, alkoxy or halogen). A diazo copying material giving an image having superior reliability over a long period as well as an image having a pure black tone is obtd. |
