PURPOSE:To know a program name and a sentence number which is competed abnormally by providing an object to call out an epilogue routine executing the releasion of trace information are transferred to the last of an object program so that the sentence number is set in a stack area before the machine language instruction column corresponding to the sentence number. CONSTITUTION:In an object program for debugging, an object to call out a prologue routine to secure a tracing information area at the head with a program and to execute the transferring processing of a program name and the address of the stack area assigned to the program and an object to set the sentence number to the stack are arranged. At the last of the program, an object to call out the epilogue routine to execute the releasing processing of the transferred tracing information area is arranged. Thus, the prologue name and the sentence number to complete an abnormality can be informed.
