PURPOSE:To improve the steering controllability by providing a pilot valve actuated by a steering handle and making a power cylinder actuate through controlling a main control valve with pressure oil changed over by said pilot valve. CONSTITUTION:A gear mechanism 3 reducing rotation of a steering handle 1 is provided to a steering shaft, together with providing a pilot valve 2 displaced by rotation of the handle 1. Output rotation of this gear mechanism 3 is made possible to transmit to a steering knuckle arm 5 via a feedback link 4. Also, a main control valve 7, changed over by pilot pressure in connection with movement of the pilot valve 2, is provided. And a steering control wheel is made to be turned through power turning the steering knuckle arm 5 with controlling pressure oil, delivered from a main pump 8, to supply to or exhaust from a main cylinder 6 with this valve 7.
