PURPOSE:To obtain a blend, capable of sufficiently exhibiting adhesive properties to various substrates without an anchor coating agent, having good moldability and improved neck-in and suitable for laminating, by blending specific three kinds of ethylenic copolymers in a specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:A blend, consisting of (A) a copolymer of ethylene and 0.005-3mol.% alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride or further an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester (e.g. methyl acrylate), (B) a copolymer of ethylene and 0.2-15mol.% epoxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer (e.g. glycidyl acrylate) or further with an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester and (C) a copolymer of ethylene and 0.2-25mol.% vinyl ester (preferably vinyl acetate). The amount of the epoxy groups in the component (B) is 1/2,000-1/10mol. based on 1mol. acid anhydride groups in the component (A) and that of the vinyl ester groups in the component (C) is 1/20-50mol. based on 1mol. above-mentioned epoxy groups.
