PURPOSE:To reduce the number of constituent parts items as well as to aim at improvements in profitability and reliability by decelerating the turning force of a motor with a worm gear, and transmitting the turning force by means of a one-way clutch which performs yet more specific operation. CONSTITUTION:Turning force of a motor 1 is transmitted to a shaft 13 via a worm gear 41 and a one-way clutch 42 after decleration. This one-way clutch consists of both concentric outer and inner rings 42a and 42b, and only one side rotation of the outer ring 42a is transmitted to the inner ring 42b, while rotation of the inner ring 42b is constituted so as not to be transmitted to the outer ring 42a. The outer ring 42a is clamped to a worm wheel 41b, and the inner ring 42b is clamped to the shaft 13. If the motor 1 is stopped in the point midway in operation, reverse force is checked by the worm gear 41, and reversion of the shaft 13 at time of making a switch is absorbed by the inner ring 42b so that it will not drive the outer ring 42a.
