PURPOSE:To enable a diff. lock sleeve 52 to be easily arranged by arranging a center diff., a transfer gear, etc. in their specific positions respectively so as to effectively utilize a dead space generated between the center diff. and the transfer diff. CONSTITUTION:The driving force of an engine is transmitted to the input shaft 6 of a transmission 3 through a clutch 5 and then output from an output shaft 9 to a center diff. 7 through a chain 8. And the driving force is transmitted to a front diff. 10 and a bevel gear 11 being one transfer gear for driving rear wheels, after being distributed to left and right by the engagement of plural couples of bevel gears 32-35. Thereafter, the driving force is distributed to left and right rear wheels by the engagement of a couple of bevel gears 11, 12, after being distributed to left and right front wheels with the front diff. 10. In this case, a diff. lock sleeve 52, which connects the center diff. 7 with the bevel gear 11 freely in engagement/disengagement, is provided in a space generated between them 7, 11 by providing a clutch 5.
