PURPOSE:To produce a product at the stable degree of concentration by providing first and second flow rate controlling valves which are controlled with the outputs of first and second flowmeters and adjusted so that the flow rate in the inlet of a feed step and the flow rate in the outlet of a bottom step are made constant respectively. CONSTITUTION:A flowmeter 11 and a flow rate controlling valve 12 and provided to the inlet of the feed step of a cascade and a flowmeter 13 and a flow rate controlling valve 14 are provided to the outlet of a bottom step. The flow rate controlling valves 12, 14 are controlled respectively with the flowmeters 11, 13 and control the flow rate so that it is made constant. The flow rate QF in the inlet of the feed step is detected with the flowmeter 11 and the flow rate QF of feed is made constant by controlling the controlling valve 12 with the detection output. Simultaneously the flow rate in the outlet of the bottom step is detected with the flowmeter 13 and the flow rate QW in the outlet is controlled at constant by controlling the controlling valve 14 with the detection output and thereby the concn. NP of a product is made constant.
