PURPOSE:To provide a wire with high critical amperage density by forming an oxide layer on the base in close contact, wherein the oxide layer serves as a mother material for compound superconductive body of oxide type, irradiating laser beam thereon, and melting and solidifying this oxide layer. CONSTITUTION:An oxide layer 4 as mother material for compound superconductive body of oxide type is formed on the base 2 in such a way as closely contacted, and laser beam 6 is irradiated onto this formed oxide layer 4 to cause melting and solidification of the oxide layer 4. The oxide layer as mother material can also be formed by any method similar to the powder method or a sputter method. When oxide layer is formed by a method similar to the powder method, mixture powder is subjected to preliminary baking in the air at 850-950 deg.C for 1-100 hr, and the product is crushed followed by sintering in oxygen gas atmosphere at 850-950 deg.C for 5-200 hr, and this sintering shall preferably be crushed and the obtained powder be put in close contact with the base. This provides a compound superconductive wire having large critical amperage and high critical temp. characteristic peculiar to compound superconductive body of oxide type. |
