PURPOSE:To prevent invalid data from being outputted and an infinite loop due to unauthorized data from being generated, by comparing a measured value by a processing time counting means with a limit value set by a limit value setting means, and stopping a processing when the measured value exceeds the limit value. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with the limit value setting means A which sets the limit value as a time required for the processing, the processing time counting means B which counts the processing time, and a comparison means C which compares the counted value by the processing time counting means B with the limit value set by the limit value setting means A and outputs when the counted value exceeds the limit value. Also the titled device is provided with a reception status confirming means D which confirms the reception status of input information, a judging means E which judges the stoppage of the processing corresponding to the status of the reception status confirming means D at the time of the output of the comparison means C, and a processing stop means F which stops the processing based on an instruction by the judging means E. When the processing time exceeds a preset limit value, the judging means judges the stoppage of the processing corresponding to the status of the reception status means. For example, the instruction is sent to the processing stop means when the reception of the next data is confirmed and the processing is stopped by interrupting the processing under execution.
