PURPOSE:To prevent the change of a transmission characteristic through the securing of a shield operation against adjacent earth conductors by means of an earth plate by embedding monolithically the earth plate inside a sheath material in a state insulated from a plurality of conductors. CONSTITUTION:The principal portion of a device is made up of a plurality conductors 1-5 arranged in parallel, a back plate 6a, both side plates 6b, 6c formed in a body on both sides of the back plate 6a and respective partition plates 6d-6g formed in a body at the middle portion of the back plate 6a. On this occasion, a plurality of conductors 1-5 are formed in a body so as to have parts of them exposed, at the bottom portions of a plurality of grooves 7-11 formed with respective plates 6a-6g, and thus a sheath material 6 of an insulation quality is constituted. And an earth plate 12 is embedded monolithically inside the back plate 6a in a state insulated from a plurality of conductors 1-5. As a result, the change of a transmission characteristic can be prevented, as the earth plate 12 performs a shield operation against adjacent earth conductors.
