PURPOSE:To nip and hold sowed seeds by restoring force of sowing furrows, by sowing seeds while forming seeding furrows in sowing mats with sowing conduits having cutting blades and carrying out furrowing and sowing steps at a time. CONSTITUTION:A sowing mat 1 is conveyed with a belt conveyor to penetrate sowing conduits 3 having cutting blades 5 into parts opposite to the conveying direction. Seeds are sowed while forming sowing furrows 7 in the seeding mat 1 to close the sowing furrows 7 by restoring force of the seeding mat 1. The sowing mat 1 can be constituted of a mat of a single layer without falling off the seeds.
