PURPOSE:To dispense with high-precision process control by thermally melting and causing a base layer of polyolefin sheet to adhere to applied layer with polyamide piles implanted on a polyamide sheet through an intermediate material layer, as an integrated body. CONSTITUTION:A base layer 3 is melted to adhere to one side of a polyamide sheet 1 discharged from an extrusion machine through an intermediate material layer 2 consisting of woven cloth, knitted cloth or unwoven cloth obtained by mix-spinning or mix-weaving of polyamide fiber and polyolefin fiber and flat woven cloth made of both polyamide and polyolefin films. Furthermore, while polyamide sheet 1 is in a molten condition, polyamide piles 4 are implanted 5 on the other side of the polyamide sheet 1 by means of static attraction force. Subsequently, complicated procedures and high-precision process control required when a reactive adhesive is used on a sheet consisting of materials without compatibility.
