PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition to be readily made into one-pack type, having excellent strength of cured material, comprising a rubber-like polymer containing a reactive silicon group and a cured epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) a rubber-like polymer [preferably main chain is (co)polymer obtained by polymerizing vinyl monomer in the presence of polyether] and (B) a cured epoxy resin in the weight ratio of preferably 100/1-100/200.
