PURPOSE:To improve access efficiency to a common memory from each system by performing push-off control. CONSTITUTION:The control data to reception and start are always read out despite an access state of a common memory 24 against the start given to the memory 24 from each system (#A, #B) 1. These control data are stored in the stack registers 212A and 212B. Then a common control part 22 reads autonomously the control data out of both registers 212A and 212B in an access enable state of the memory 24. Then the data are transferred between the memory 24 and each system (#A, #B) 1. In such a way, the so-called push-off control is carried out so that the access time of the memory 24 can be utilized maximumly.
