PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of deterioration of reliability to be caused by heat even if the titled camera is used for many hours, by separating a camera head and a lamp house, providing the lamp house on the tip of a cable, and connecting them with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A camera head 1 and a lamp house 2 are separated, the lamp house 2 is provided on the tip of a cable 3, and the camera head 1 and the lamp house 2 are connected with an optical fiber 4. Both of them are separated and insulated thermally, and structured so that heat caused by heating a light source 5 is not transmitted to the camera head 1. Also, the camera head 1 and the lamp house 2 are connected with a spring 9. The lamp house is structured so that a heat radiation is executed enough. In such a way, even if this camera is used for many hours, the deterioration in reliability due to heat does not occur.
