PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device of simple rolling constitution serving for connecting a working device capable of carrying out rolling control of working brackets with a given standard rod on the other side as the center by expanding and contracting a rolling cylinder on one side of the left and right. CONSTITUTION:The form between arm ends 8 and 9 of a right and left pairs of lift arms 7 vertically moving and rotating on a lift arm shaft 6 for a car body and lift pins 10 and 11 of working brackets 4 is a four-point parallel link mechanism in an almost parallelogrammic shape viewed from the side. The rising and lowering of the working brackets 4 by the lift arms 7 are subjected to rolling control with a given standard rod 12 on the other side by expanding and contracting the left and right rolling cylinder 13 on one side of the left and right.
