PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric porcelaneous composition having a dielectric constant and unloaded Q even at about 0 temperature coefficient, by containing a (BaO).(TiO2)X based porcelaneous composition, Sm2O3 and Ho2O3 in a specific proportion as components. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric porcelaneous composition consisting of a (BaO).(TiO2) based porcelaneous composition, samarium oxide and holmium oxide. The amounts of the respective components expressed in terms of oxides are within the ranges of 18.1-22.1mol.% BaO, 61.8-68.2mol.% TiO2, 12-19mol.% Sm2O3 and 1-8mol.% Ho2O3. This dielectric porcelaneous composition is capable of widely changing the temperature coefficient by changing the composition. This porcelaneous composition can be utilized as a dielectric porcelaneous composition, such as microwave dielectric resonator or temperature compensating capacitor, to contrive miniaturization thereof. |
