PRODUCTION OF EDIBLE ROOTS, FRUIT VEGETABLES, SEASONED EDIBLE ROOTS AND FRUIT VEGETABLES

PURPOSE:To season edible roots rich in fibrous materials, useful as a healthy subsidiary food, by rolling edible roots by angle rollers to give pressurized and formed material and coating the material with a nutritive coating and ground fermented soybeans. CONSTITUTION:A formed material 1 of edible roots or fruit vegetables is treated by rollers 2 and a pressurized and formed material 4 is coated with a nutritive coating 8 and ground fermented soybeans to season the edible roots or fruit vegetables. The rollers 2 are preferably plural angle rollers, MISO (fermented soybean paste), soybean flour, butter, cheese, unpolished rice vinegar or sea weed is preferably used as the nutritive coating 8 and further the nutritive coating 8 is preferably sandwiched in between the pressurized and formed materials.
