CONSTITUTION:A dairy product obtained by containing preferably 0.01-0.05wt.% phytic acid in a dairy product, such as cow's milk, processed milk, skim milk, milk beverage, creams, fermented milk, lactic acid bacterial beverage, ice creams, powdered milk, condensed milk, cheeses, butter, butter milk or whey. |
