PURPOSE:To improve the adhesiveness between a plastic substrate and adhesive agent by previously forming an inorg. film on at least the face on a 1st substrate side of the 2nd plastic substrate. CONSTITUTION:The inorg. film consisting of SiO2 or Al2O3 is previously formed on the front face of the 2nd plastic substrate used for sticking, which surfaces comes into contact with the adhesive agent. Namely, this inorg. film shuts off the moisture coming through the plastic substrates for sticking. The deterioration of the adhesive agent by the moisture and the consequent degradation in the adhesive power thereof are thereby prevented. Since the inorg. film has a simple bond and good uniformity to plastic which is not uniformized in the chemical structure on the surface because of a high polymer, the adhesiveness to the adhesive agent is intensified.
