PURPOSE:To attain a continuous communication, to prevent the destruction of transmitting receiving data without fail and to simplify the access control of a memory by accessing in parallel respective divided areas with a different memory by a micro processor and a communication control part. CONSTITUTION:Since one data memory 17 is divided into two surfaces, a microprocessor 11 and a communication control part 15 mutually access the reverse surface in parallel and the reading and writing of the data are executed, a continuous transmitting or a continuous receiving can be efficiently executed. Both microprocessor 11 and communication control part 15 do not simultaneously access the same surface as the data memory 17. Thus, since the danger to destruct the data is removed and the access of the data memory 17 is controlled with a divided surface unit for a frame, the access control of the data memory 7 is simple.
