PURPOSE:To eliminate a need of condition decision of input/output to increase the operation speed by performing the input/output processing of all input/output units and inhibiting data write to a working storage part at the time of selecting an output unit. CONSTITUTION:An operation control part is so set that it performs the output processing, where all input units 4 and output units 5 are selected to write data in a working storage part 3, and the input processing where all input units 4 and output units 5 are selected to read data into the working storage part 3. A write inhibiting means is provided which inhibits data write to the working storage part 3 at the time of selecting the output unit 5. Since input and output processings of all input units 4 and output units 5 are performed, condition decision of input/output is unnecessary to increase the operation speed.
