PURPOSE:To suppress the warping movement of a heating wire, prevent the open circuit due to the short circuit, and improve the heating element by fixing the local range of the heating wire wound on an insulating substrate to the insulating substrate with an inorganic ceramic sticking agent. CONSTITUTION:When a current is fed from a lead wire section 9, a heating wire 2 is thermally expanded by the temperature rise. The heating wire 2 is pinched with insulating plates 4, 5 from above and below, and the middle portion of the straight line section of the wound heating wire 2 is stuck to the insulating substrate 1 with an inorganic ceramic sticking agent 11. The heating wire 2 is applied with the linear expansion along the longitudinal direction, and the warping movement in the lateral direction is reduced. As a result, the mutual heating of adjoining wires due to the warping movement of the heating wire 2 is prevented, and the thermal deformation of constituting components and the space layer occurrence are reduced. The open circuit due to the short circuit between adjoining wires is prevented, and the durability of a heating element as well as the acid resistance and corrosion prevention by the sticking agent can be improved.
