PURPOSE:To produce a ceramic capacitor in high Q-value with high-frequency by a method wherein an electrode comprising a stratiform perovskite structured oxide superconductor sintered body powder particles and glass component in respective specific quantities is provided while an oxide sintered body is used as a dielectric. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 comprising 40-98 weight % of stratiform perovskite structured oxide superconductor sintered body powder particles and 2-60 weight % of glass compound is provided while an oxide sintered body is used as a dielectric 1. For example, Y2O3, BaO and CuO are weighed in the ratio of Y1Ba2Cu3 to be fired in the air at 950 deg.C after mixing process. The fired body recrushed is refired in the air at 950 deg.C and then crushed again and fired in the air at 830 deg.C to produce sintered body powder particles. Next, 40-98 weight % of the sintered body powder particles and 2-60 weight % of lead borosilicate glass powder are mixed with a solvent containing a viscosity additive to be kneaded into paste. Finally, said paste printed on the circular sintered body 1 comprising barium titanic acid, etc., is seized in the air at 800 deg.C to form the electrode 2.
