PRODUCTION OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent air bubbles from remaining in part except an air bubble pool in an injection stage by forming an injection port to a position deviated to either the right or left from the center line of a liquid crystal display device and forming the inlet of the air bubble pool to the other one side of a sealing material facing the liquid crystal injection port in the position shifting to the side opposite to the injection port. CONSTITUTION:An inert gas is introduced into the inside 11 of a chamber by opening a leak valve 12 to return the pressure therein down to the atm. pressure, by which the liquid crystal material 16 is injected through the injection port 4 into the liquid liquid crystal display device 17. The liquid crystal material 16 is injected through the injection port 4 into the liquid crystal display device 17 and is injected in order of a b c d e f. Since the injection port 4 is formed so as to bias to the left side of the center line 9 of the liquid crystal display device, the liquid crystal material 16 is injected first on the left side of the center line of the liquid crystal display device and the remaining of the air bubbles in the parts excepts in the air bubble pool is surely prevented in the injection stage.
