PURPOSE:To prevent an electric load from malfunction or decreasing in its performance by applying a power source voltage of a constant level from a second output winding to the load except a starter motor. CONSTITUTION:When a starter switch 10 is closed at the time of starting an engine, the power of an automotive battery 7 is exclusively supplied only to a starter motor 8. On the other hand, power is supplied from a second output winding 3 through a power source line 4 to an electric load 9. Here, the number of turns of the winding 3 is more than that of a first output winding 1, and a sufficiently high output voltage can be obtained at the time of operating the starter motor. Thus, power can be supplied to the load 9 by the output voltage controlled constantly by a voltage controller 6. Accordingly, even when the switch of the other load 9 is closed at the time of operating the motor 8, it can prevent an electric load, such as a computer, from malfunctioning or decreasing in its performance to be required.
