PURPOSE:To improve the formability and workability of a cover and to prevent a pin hole coming into a film layer by adhering a polyester film and the laminating body of the org. paint resin layer having a limited friction coefft. to the side becoming at least of the cover inner face of a surface treated steel sheet and executing drawing in the shape of the cover. CONSTITUTION:A laminating body 1 is composed of a surface treated steel sheet 2, polyester film 3 and the org. paint resin layer 4 of <=0.3 coefft. of dynamic friction executed on the film 3. The org. paint resin layer 4 improves the drawing ability by improving the slippage of the laminating body 1 between a punch and die by its low coefft. of dynamic friction, preventing a pin hole, crack, etc., coming into the polyester film layer 3. A floating dust, chip, etc., are sticked to the laminating body 1 at the time of drawing and bitten into the polyester film layer 3 to cause a defect, but the org. paint resin layer 4 is hard, preventing the biting of dusts hence the generation of a coating defect at drawing time is prevented.
