PURPOSE:To manufacture a material, tough against vibration or the like and superior in heat resistance and wear resistance by forming a synthetic resin layer on the rear surface of a mixed material which is formed by mixing and solidifying a main material of granular ceramics or the like and synthetic resin, and spray coated film of metal or ceramics or the like on the surface of the same. CONSTITUTION:A mixed material 3 is formed by mixing and solidifying a main material 1 of granular ceramics or the like and synthetic resin 2, and a synthetic resin layer 4 is formed on the back surface of the mixed material 3, while a spray coated film 5 of metal, ceramics or the like is formed on the surface of the mixed material 3 to constitute a composite material 6. As the main material 1, besides ceramics, for instance, materials of comparatively high stiffness such as carbon fibers and the like may be used. The spray coated film 5 is formed by plasma spray coating with ceramics, metal or the like. The composite material 6 can be utilized in every field as the mixing material 3, retains the shape of the molded product and the spray coated film 5 enhances wear resistance and heat resistance of the molded product and also the synthetic resin layer 2 provides toughness to vibration and the like. |
