PURPOSE:To improve moisture absorption characteristics, by a method wherein a laminated body obtained by arranging a metallic foil on the top and bottom of a required number of polyimide resin-impregnated bases is laminated and unified through an epoxy resin-impregnated base. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body obtained by arranging a metallic foil on the top and bottom of a required number of polyimide resin-impregnated bases through an epoxy resin-impregnated base is laminated and unified. Nonflammability is improved by containing an aliphatic bromine compound and/or an alicyclic bromine compound and containing an aromatic bromine compound. It is preferable that a quantity of a bromine compound into polyimide resin is 1-12 wt.% (hereinafter written simply as %) in the aliphatic bromine compound and/or alicyclic bromine compound. It is preferable that a quantity of the aromatic bromine compound is 5-25%. Further, a matter whose total quantity of the bromine compound in the resin is 30% or lower is preferable so as not to deteriorate peeling strength of the metallic foil.
