PURPOSE:To make the communication in a building generating a standing wave stable by matching the phase of a strip dipole antenna receiving an electric field and that of a slot antenna receiving a magnetic field so as to synthesize the outputs, thereby reducing the fading due to the standing wave. CONSTITUTION:The antenna is constituted of adhering copper foils 2, 3, 4 onto both faces of an alumina base 1 with a high dielectric constant. Then the microstrip dipole antenna for receiving an electric field is formed to a part A of the copper foil 4 and the microstrip slot antenna for receiving magnetic field is formed to a part B formed by cutting off the copper foil 4 on the rear side. Through the constitution above, the phase of the antenna outputs A, B is corrected by lengths lA, lB of the feeder part and the result is outputted to terminals CA, CB. Supplying the combined output of the outputs at the terminals CA, CB to a reception unit, stable communication is attained in the standing wave independently of the location of the antenna.
