PURPOSE:To secure such a heat resistant insulated wire that is easy for a solder peeling handling by making both bivalent and tervalent carboxylic acids, dihydric alcohole and trihydric aliphatic alcohole react under the existence of an organic solvent, and applying and baking insulating varnish containing polyimide resin to be obtained on a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A bivalent carboxylic acid containing an imido group of quinquepartite rings, or this derivative or their mixture, and a tervalent carbolic acid, or this derivative or their mixture as well as dihydric alcohole and trihydric alcohole are used. Next, they are made to react on each other under the existence of an organic solvent such as a cresylic acid or the like, producing insulating varnish containing polyester imido resin, and this varnish is applied onto a conductor and then it is baked. If so, solder of the solder-jointed wire is made separable only when it is dipped in a soldering bath.
