PURPOSE:To lessen the shutdowns due to the load fluctuation etc. by supplying the power with a constant pattern of the voltage frequency even if the supply voltage to the invertor section is fluctuated by the load fluctuation etc. CONSTITUTION:The fluctuations of DC voltage supplied to an inverter 4 are detected in a control circuit section 7 to input into a micro-computer 10 through a DC/DC converter circuit 8, a V/F converter circuit 9 and a comparison circuit 11. The micro-computer 10 controls the invertor 4 by selecting a pattern of the voltage frequency with high voltage in case the DC voltage lowers and by selecting a pattern of the voltage frequency with low voltage in case the DC voltage rises to the contrary.
