PURPOSE:To improve the decorativeness of a device and make opening and closing operation simple and smooth by a method wherein a pushing and retreating action device which carries out the action of projecting and retreating by a fixed distance after being pressed is installed at the passage part of a cylindrical main body and a cover plate is connected to the action member of the device. CONSTITUTION:The action member 7a of a protruding and retreating action device 7 is constantly energized in the projecting direction by a compression spring 7c. The tip part of the member 7a is allowed to be in contact with the rear surface of a cover plate 8 of which size is large enough to close a ventilating passage 2. When the center part of the plate 8 is pressed, a pressing force is provided to the member 7a and joining condition between the spring a piece 7d of the device 7 and the joining groove 7f of a projecting piece 7e for guide joining is released and then the member 7a projects by a fixed distance 1 by the elongation of the spring 7c to open the cover plate 8 and ventilation is carried out. When the center part of the cover plate 8 is pressed against the spring 7c, each member being displaced returns to its original location and the passage 2 is closed. |
