PURPOSE:To accelerate the detection and the localization of a trouble by comparing the output of a filter with that of a reference filter to discover the malfunction of the filter. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pieces of analog information v1-vn from a power system are read out by a CPU 11 through filters 1-3, S/H amplifiers 5-7, a multiplexer 9 and an A/D converter 10. A circuit having a reference filter 4 and an S/H amplifier 8 is attached to the input system, the information v1-vn are switched by changeover switches 16, 17, 18 and sequentially input. For example, when the switch 16 is closed, an input v1 is input to the filter 4. The output of the amplifier 5 is compared with that of the amplifier 8 in this state to identify whether the filter 1 is normal or not. Then, the switches are sequentially switched to identify the malfunctions of the filters 2, 3. |
