PURPOSE:To remove noise and realize an accurate temp. environment at low cost and compactly by installing a shower device retarding the flow velocity of gas and a silencer at the discharge part of hot air. CONSTITUTION:A hot air generator has a heater 1, a heating device 2, and a temp. sensor 3 and detects the temp. of hot air 7 and a silencing shower device 5 is placed at a discharge opening. The temp. at the time when gas 6 is changed into the hot air 7 is controlled by a temp. controller 4 on the basis of the electric signal from the sensor 3. By using the silencing shower device 5 combining both a silencing structure 5a and a shower structure 5b the entrainment phenomenon of the gas is controlled to minimal and the temp. Tc at a use point can be made high. As a result, various restrictions such as an environment for utilization, etc., can be resolved. The condition that the temp. difference between the temp. Tc and the temp. Tb at the location near the tip of the ejecting opening is small provides a favorable result to the stability of the temp. Tc at a specified location, which is subjected to temp. control. Because the flow velocity of the hot air 7 can be made remarkably slower, the hot air of high quality can be produced and noise generation can be lowered.
