PURPOSE:To always record a distinct picture having high gradation on a sensitive recording medium by moving and arranging a plex screen arranged in an optical path to a working position or a non-working position. CONSTITUTION:The plex screen 12 is supported with a guide rod 15 and screw rod 16 through supporting members 14 at both sides movably and moved with the rotation of the screw rod 16 based on the rotation of a stepping motor 17. The stepping motor 17 is driven to be controlled by connected to a switching switch SW1 of the upper surface of a device main body 1 through a CPU 20 as a control means and the plex screen 12 is arranged to the working position near to the photosensitive pressure sensitive recording paper 2 in the case of switching the switch SW1 to a continuous gradation side. In the case of switching the switch SW1 to a plex gradation side, the plex screen 12 is moved and arranged in the non-working position apart from the photosensitive pressure sensitive recording paper 2 where the effect is lost. Thus, the distinct picture having high gradation can be always obtained according to the kind of original.
