MISENTRY PREVENTING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC SLIP PROCESSING

PURPOSE:To invalidate entry to items other than the ones to be entered and to prevent terminal slip processing from generating misentry by referring information relating to items to be inputted and the ones not to be inputted in respective input sections which are previously registered in an electronic slip system at the time of inputting electronic slip data at plural circulated sections. CONSTITUTION:An electronic mail system in a host computer system 1 of an electronic slip processing system manages a mail box 2 and a slip control system manages a slip table 3 and a slip format file 4. Terminal systems 5-7 consisting of terminal side electronic mail systems and terminal side slip control systems are connected to the host system 1 to circulate electronic slips. A slip format file 9 is arranged against a slip control table 8 to express a slip format pointed out from a slip address. An entry enabled state in circulation is expressed by '1' and an entry disabled state is expressed by '0' to inhibit the entry of items other than the entry enabled state in respective systems 5-7.
