PURPOSE:To decide the sugar content, etc. in urine in terms of numerical value by providing an enzyme reagent which reacts with the components in the urine released to the bowl face of a stool and electrodes for outputting the reaction state as an electric signal to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A cartridge case 20 is installed openably and closably with the wall surface of a cover 4 to the rear side part of a stool body cover 4. The lower side margin part of the cartridge 20 is turnable in an arrow direction by means of a pin installed to the cover 4 and a reagent cartridge tank 21 can be fixed into the case 20 from the outside while the top end part is held open outward. A urine taking device 7 consists of a urine taking cylinder and urine taking chamber and the enzyme electrodes are inserted into the urine taking chamber. The enzyme electrodes output a change in the resistance value between the electrodes when the enzyme reagent and the grape sugar in the urine make oxidation reaction to the outside. |
