PURPOSE:To replenish a volatile portion and secure a ceramics superconductor of the specified composition ratio by thermally spraying a complex ceramic with the specified metal components A, B, C and D or a material mixture to a substrate, and making composition ratios of these B and C components larger than those b and c of the ceramics superconductor. CONSTITUTION:A component A is selected from a periodic table group III (a) element, B from the group II (a) element, C from group I (a) element and D from O, N, F, C and S, respectively, and their composition ratios are set to a, b, c and d, spraying complex ceramics to be shown in AaBb1Cc1 and Dd or a mixture's thermal spraying material A from a nozzle, and a ceramics superconductor being shown AaBbCc and Dd is installed on a base material 1, thus a compound material is produced. At this time these components B and C are used at the rate of 1.1<b1/b (atomic%)<1.5 and 1.1<c1/c<2.0. With this constitution, these components B and C to be volatilized during manufacturing are suppliable, whereby the ceramics superconductor in the specified composition ratio is formable, and this produced superconductor shows a high critical temperature.
