PURPOSE:To improve the operability of the titled device by combining information stored in relation with a remote control signal received from an other control device with information stored from the beginning, and transmitting the resulted new remote control signal. CONSTITUTION:The following three means are provided: a first memory means B which is read-only in which information for remote control signal is stored preliminarity, a rewritable second memory means E having a memory part corresponding to the same operational key that is corresponding to the memory part of the first memory means B, and a means H to transmit a remote control signal constituted of the information that are read out from the first and the second memory means B, E. The information of a remote control signal received from the external is stored in the second memory means E, and thus stored information is transmitted together with information stored in the corresponding memory part of the first memory means B in accordance with the instruction through an operational key of a control panel A. As a result, information stored before and after a learning can be coupled and transmitted through a single key operation, hence the operability is improved.
