PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction by expressing a instruction from a user by means of inputting specified and plural push button signal strings under a definite condition. CONSTITUTION:Push button signals from a telephone network are inputted to a push button receiver PBR4 in a reception part 3 through a directional coupler 2. If the PBR4 receives the push button signals, it transmits the signals to a decision part 5. If the decision part 5 decides that a necessary signal sequence is formed at intervals within a previously decided time, it transmits to a main control part 9 signals corresponding to a request content which the signal sequence signifies. The main control part 9 of the system instructs a voice output part 11, which is in the middle of output, of the content of a voice data part 10 in accordance with the request. The voice output part 11 interrupts service and shifts to a processing complying with the request of reoutputting and the like from the head of a message which is being outputted. Thus, the user can input the new request without malfunction.
