PURPOSE:To obtain the function of a shaped beam antenna, together with the function of the multi-beam antenna or a beam deviation type antenna of a single peak response by making the antenna have a beam, shaped one-dimensionally in a vertical sectional plane, and making it radiate plural beams in the direction of a lateral sectional plane. CONSTITUTION:The vertical sectional plane curve 23 of a reflector 21 radiates the beam, shaped in a prescribed shape, in the vertical sectional plane. A curved surface, which is formed when the said vertical sectional plane curve 23 is rotationally moved around an axis of rotation, which is the axis y in the vertical sectional plane or the axis y', slightly inclined against the axis y, is made to be the curved surface of the reflector 21. Namely, a lateral sectional plane curve 24 makes a circular arc. When a feeding horn 2 is rotationally moved around the axis of rotation of the reflector as shown by 2', since the vertical sectional plane curve 23' is equal to the curve 23, a radio wave, radiated form the feeding horn 2', generates the beam, which is shaped quite similarly as before the feeding horn is moved, in the vertical sectional plane of the direction z. Besides, if plural pieces of the feeding horn are arranged at positions, to which they are rotationally moved, and are excited respectively, the plural shaped beam can be radiated simultaneously.
