PURPOSE:To make possible easy preparations for the titled wheel with a simple forming die by providing a bent part around a disk with a splitting tool into a rim formed part and a flange and arranging an air filling room and a through hole connecting with the outside of the rim on the flange. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral edge part of a formed disk D is spun to make a circular material for comprising a rear rim 66. The bent part T situated at that joint is cut with cutting tools 63, 64 into a rear rim material 66, a circular material for comprising a front rim 65 and a central flange 17. Both rim materials 66, 65 are spun to make a rim R having a required shape. The flange 17 is bent in a curved shape and spun to make an air filling room 19. Then, the through hole 21 is provided at the root of the flange 17 to make a wheel for vehicle connecting the air filling room 19 with the outside of the flange 17.
