PURPOSE:To generate strong ultrasonic vibration, by interposing a separation ring between the first and second piezoelectric element groups and clamping all of them between a horn base and a back block by a bolt shaft. CONSTITUTION:A separation ring 32 is interposed between the first and second piezoelectric element groups 30, 40 and all of them are clamped between a horn base 10 and a back block 33 by a bolt shaft 12. A vibration transmitting core tube 20 is connected to the central part of the horn base 10 and a two-stage step horn 21 becoming a vibration transmitting cover is connected to the outer peripheral part of the horn base 10 and the ultrasonic vibrations of the first and second piezoelectric element groups 30, 40 are transmitted to the vibration transmitting core tube 20 and the two-stage step horn 21 through the horn base 10.
