发明名称 PEAK IDENTIFICATION METHOD FOR CHROMATOGRAPHY
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten processing time and to eliminate the influence of overlap peaks by determining the function corresponding to a peak area by using a retention time and peak height with respective peaks and selecting the function value percentage of the corresponding value from the function value percentages. CONSTITUTION:The value corresponding to the area is calculated in a function device 8 by a function f(tR, h)=htR, function f(tR, h)=h(tR<2>+alpha)<0.5>. The values of these functions and the function value percentage occupying in the total function value are stored in a result data storage device 9. The function value percentage determined from the immediate previous or assigned chromatogram is taken out of the storage device 9 and the matched percentage is judged to be the peak consisting of the same component and is outputted to an output apparatus 7. The numbers of the peaks of both the chromatograms coincide with each other if the peaks do not overlap at all and, therefore, the peak identification is executed from one-to-one correspondence simply by arraying the function values in descending order.
