PURPOSE:To realize low-cost manufacture by forming display decoration parts of abbreviated characters, etc., on a transparent resin plate by batch hot stamp machining and transferring foil in a recessed shape, joining it with a dial base as an independent body at a time, and giving cubic effect to display decoration. CONSTITUTION:The transparent resin plate 1 has the recess-transferred hot stamp foil 2 at part of its bottom surface and is formed to one body together with the dial base 4 after surface finishing with a transparent joining member 3 interposed. Then the display decoration parts of the resin plate 1 such as abbreviated characters can be worked by the batch hot stamp machining and are formed to one body with the base 4 by the member 3. Consequently, the display decoration is given cubic effect and the manufacture is reduced in cost.
