The joint system (1) of the house is supported by an all-round foundation wall (5). The foundations support a number of lower sill planks (6), and an insulating millboard (7) is fitted between the lower sill planks and the foundations. The distance components (8) are short, I-beams which have been protected against rust, and extending across the foundations, equally spaced on the lower sill planks to which they are fixed by screws (9). Each I-beam has reinforcement plates (10,11) near its outer end and its middle part. A conduit (16) contg. a heating medium runs along the foundations, and extends through a hole in each I-beam body (8b) located nearest to the house exterior. It constitutes the output air duct in the house ventilation system. An input air conduit (17) runs similarly along the foundations, extending through the inner hole in each I-beam body (8b). |
