PURPOSE:To suppress the formation of coagulated matter after coating by forming at least one layer contg. a mordant made of a dispersed specified polymer so as to improve the adhesion of the layer with other layer. CONSTITUTION:A dispersed cross-linked polymer contg. monomeric units each having a tert. ammonium structure and >10mol.% monomeric units each having two or more polymerizable functional groups is used as a mordant. The mordant is very easily produced without requiring a large amt. of a solvent and all the producing stages can be carried out in a single vessel. Coagulated matter is hardly formed, a filter medium is not blocked during filtration and the adhesion of a layer contg. the mordant to other layer can be improved.
