PURPOSE:To improve the precision of a shutter by arranging the armature of a magnet for controlling a shutter on either the shutter blade or a member fixing the blade. CONSTITUTION:If the magnet 103 for controlling a 1st blind is made OFF in the state of charging the shutter, a 1st blind 101 turns right by a 1st blind spring 102 to open an aperture 104. After that, if a magnet 113 for controlling a 2nd blind is made OFF after specified seconds of shutter, a 2nd blind 111 turns right by a 2nd blind sprig 112 to close an aperture 114. And it is charged by a charging mechanism (not illustrated with figure). In such a case, it is only inequality in switching both magnets 103 and 113 and the friction of both blind axes 101a and 111a that effect the precision of the shutter, so that the difference of posture of the shutter can be reduced by arranging the armature of the magnets 103 and 113 in proportion to the weight of the shutter blade.
